All estimates provided by Movin’ It LLC are non-binding estimates only. Estimates may be provided as hourly estimates, flat-rate estimates, or a combination thereof depending on the nature and scope of the project.
Final pricing may increase or decrease based on actual job conditions, time required, access limitations, additional requested services, changes in scope, undisclosed items, packing requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances encountered during the move.
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing as necessary if job conditions differ materially from the original estimate or scope discussed prior to the move.

Scope Verification & Customer Disclosure Requirements
To provide accurate estimates, staffing, scheduling, equipment planning, and truck sizing, clients may be required to provide photographs, videos, inventories, walkthroughs, or detailed descriptions of the items and conditions associated with the move prior to booking or scheduling services.
Clients are responsible for fully and accurately disclosing all items intended for transport, including oversized items, unusually heavy items, specialty items, access limitations, stairs, elevators, storage units, detached buildings, additional stops, and any other conditions that may impact labor, timing, safety, or equipment requirements.
Failure to accurately disclose the full scope of the move may result in:
* Estimate adjustments
* Additional labor charges
* Additional truck or equipment requirements
* Delays or rescheduling
* Refusal of service for undisclosed items or conditions
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, staffing, scheduling, or service availability if the actual scope of work differs materially from the information, photos, videos, inventories, or descriptions provided prior to the move.

Scheduling & Arrival
Requested start times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, delays from previous jobs, road conditions, mechanical issues, customer readiness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Movin’ It LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain communication with clients regarding arrival updates and scheduling changes and will arrive as close to the scheduled time as reasonably possible.
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to adjust crew size, trucks, equipment, scheduling, or personnel assignments as operationally necessary.
Movin’ It LLC may utilize subcontractors, partner crews, or additional personnel when necessary to complete services.

Customer Readiness Requirements
Clients are expected to be fully prepared for moving services no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled move date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For purposes of this agreement, a client may be considered “not ready” if more than approximately twenty percent (20%) of household or business contents remain unpacked, improperly packed, inaccessible, or otherwise unprepared for transport upon crew arrival.
If a client notifies Movin’ It LLC at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled move regarding readiness concerns, scheduling conflicts, or packing delays, Movin’ It LLC may, at its discretion, reschedule the move without penalty.
If crews arrive to a move site and the client is not reasonably prepared for services, Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to:
* Reschedule the move
* Cancel services
* Retain deposits
* Apply additional packing fees
* Increase hourly rates
* Bill for crew standby time or delays
Failure to properly prepare for scheduled services may result in substantial delays, additional labor costs, or cancellation of services at the sole discretion of Movin’ It LLC.
SECTION 2 — HEALTH, SAFETY & WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS
The health, safety, and wellbeing of Movin’ It LLC employees, contractors, crews, equipment, and vehicles are of the highest priority at all times.
Movin’ It LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, threatening, infested, structurally unsafe, or otherwise dangerous working environments.
Movin’ It LLC reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, discontinue, or immediately terminate services at any time if job site conditions are determined to be unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or pose any actual or potential risk to the health, safety, wellbeing, or reasonable comfort of company personnel.
Unsafe or hazardous conditions may include, but are not limited to:
* Bed bugs, roaches, fleas, rodents, or other pest infestations
* Animal waste, human waste, biohazards, mold, rotting food, strong hazardous odors, or unsanitary conditions
* Hoarding conditions
* Drug paraphernalia, needles, hazardous materials, or unsafe debris
* Unsafe stairs, unstable flooring, damaged structures, unsafe ramps, ice, snow, blocked pathways, or dangerous access conditions
* Threatening, hostile, aggressive, or unsafe behavior or environments
* Any condition deemed unsafe by Movin’ It LLC personnel or management
Clients are required to disclose any known hazardous, infested, unsafe, structurally compromised, unsanitary, or otherwise dangerous conditions prior to scheduling or arrival.
Failure to disclose hazardous or unsafe conditions prior to service may result in immediate cancellation or suspension of services at the sole discretion of Movin’ It LLC.
If unsafe or hazardous conditions are discovered before or during services, Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to:
* Refuse to begin work
* Immediately stop work already in progress
* Cancel or suspend services
* Retain any deposits paid
* Bill for all labor, travel time, materials, scheduling costs, and work completed up to the time services are suspended or terminated
Movin’ It LLC shall not be obligated to continue services in any environment deemed unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate for personnel or equipment safety.
SECTION 3 — LIABILITY, DAMAGES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items intended for transport are properly packed, prepared, and ready for moving services prior to crew arrival unless packing services have been specifically arranged with Movin’ It LLC.
Clients are additionally responsible for:
* Providing safe and reasonable access to all pickup and delivery locations
* Keeping walkways, stairs, driveways, and pathways reasonably clear and accessible
* Reserving elevators, loading docks, parking areas, or access points when required
* Securing pets and maintaining a safe working environment during services
* Accurately disclosing all items, access conditions, specialty items, and move requirements prior to service
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, suspension of services, or cancellation at the discretion of Movin’ It LLC.

Fragile, Particle Board & Previously Assembled Furniture
Movin’ It LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from structural weakness, prior damage, poor assembly, improper prior repairs, deterioration, instability, or furniture made from particle board, pressed wood, MDF, flat-pack materials, or similar construction materials.
Previously assembled, disassembled, repaired, aging, unstable, or low-quality furniture may fail during normal moving operations despite reasonable care and handling.
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to refuse movement or disassembly of any item deemed structurally compromised, unsafe, excessively fragile, or improperly assembled.

Customer-Packed Boxes & Containers
Movin’ It LLC is not responsible for damage to contents of boxes, containers, totes, bags, or packages packed by the client or third parties.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring boxes and containers are properly packed, balanced, protected, and structurally sound for transport.
Movin’ It LLC may, at its discretion, accept responsibility for externally visible crushing, severe mishandling, or obvious physical damage directly caused by company personnel during transport or loading.

High-Value & Sensitive Items
Clients are strongly encouraged to personally transport high-value, irreplaceable, sentimental, confidential, or sensitive items.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Cash
* Jewelry
* Firearms
* Medications
* Important documents
* Collectibles
* Family heirlooms
* Personal records
* Data-sensitive electronics
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to refuse transportation of any item deemed excessively valuable, sensitive, hazardous, irreplaceable, or otherwise inappropriate for transport.

Existing Damage & Property Conditions
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to inspect, photograph, document, and note existing damage or pre-existing conditions to furniture, walls, flooring, stairways, structures, appliances, or other property prior to beginning services.
Movin’ It LLC shall not be responsible for damages related to pre-existing defects, prior repairs, structural weaknesses, normal wear and tear, hidden damage, improperly installed fixtures, or previously compromised items or property.
Minor cosmetic damage may occasionally occur during moving operations despite reasonable care due to tight spaces, stairways, heavy items, structural limitations, or unavoidable moving conditions.
Movin’ It LLC will make reasonable efforts to repair, replace, reimburse, or otherwise address legitimate damages determined to be directly caused by company personnel during services.

Appliances, Electronics & Televisions
Movin’ It LLC may disconnect and reconnect standard household appliances including refrigerators, washers, and dryers as a courtesy service unless otherwise agreed.
Movin’ It LLC is not responsible for:
* Plumbing issues
* Water leaks
* Gas connections
* Electrical issues
* Mechanical failures
* Improper prior installations
* Appliance malfunctions occurring after reconnection
Movin’ It LLC does not mount or unmount televisions.
All televisions must be properly boxed or professionally protected prior to transport. Clients are responsible for providing appropriate television boxes or protective packaging.
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to refuse transportation of unboxed or improperly protected televisions.

Customer Participation & Interference
Clients or third parties who participate in moving activities, direct crew actions, move items independently, interfere with crew operations, or request unsafe handling methods assume responsibility for risks associated with those actions.
Movin’ It LLC shall not be liable for damages, injuries, delays, or losses resulting from customer interference, unsafe instructions, restricted working conditions, or actions performed by individuals other than Movin’ It LLC personnel.

Weather, Delays & Acts of God
Movin’ It LLC shall not be held liable for delays, damages, interruptions, or inability to complete services resulting from weather conditions, storms, flooding, snow, ice, road closures, natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, government actions, accidents, labor shortages, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company.

Damage Claims Procedure
Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to Movin’ It LLC in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion.
Claims submitted after forty-eight (48) hours may be denied.
Clients must provide:
* Written description of damages
* Photographs of damages
* Supporting documentation reasonably requested by Movin’ It LLC
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to inspect alleged damages prior to repairs, disposal, replacement, or third-party restoration work.
At its reasonable discretion, Movin’ It LLC may elect to:
* Repair damaged items
* Replace damaged items
* Reimburse reasonable replacement or repair costs
* Offer alternative resolution methods deemed appropriate by the company
SECTION 4 — DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits & Scheduling
Movin’ It LLC requires a deposit for all scheduled moving services. Deposits reserve labor, crew availability, trucks, scheduling, and operational resources for the requested move date.
Minimum required deposits are generally equal to at least two (2) labor hours based on the scheduled crew size. Larger deposits may be required for large-scale moves, multi-day services, interstate relocations, specialty jobs, or high-volume projects at the discretion of Movin’ It LLC.
Move dates and scheduling are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received and confirmed by Movin’ It LLC.
All deposits are non-refundable once scheduling has been confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
For local moves (30 miles or less from Springfield, MO), clients must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
For interstate or long-distance moves (more than 30 miles from Springfield, MO), clients must provide at least seven (7) days notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of deposits.
Movin’ It LLC may, at its discretion, permit one (1) courtesy reschedule without penalty depending on crew availability, scheduling limitations, and operational considerations.
Additional rescheduling requests may result in additional deposits, fees, schedule adjustments, or cancellation of services.

Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Movin’ It LLC.
Accepted payment methods include:
* Cash
* Check
* Electronic invoice payment methods made available through company invoicing systems
For interstate or long-distance jobs, Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to refuse payment by personal check.
Failure or refusal to provide payment does not eliminate the client’s financial obligation for services rendered.
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, collections actions, recovery costs, attorney fees where permitted, and other lawful means of recovering unpaid balances.

Additional Charges & Access Conditions
Estimates and quoted pricing are based on normal and reasonably disclosed access conditions.
Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to apply additional charges for conditions including, but not limited to:
* Excessive walking distance between truck and access point
* Stair carries exceeding three (3) stories
* Delays caused by customer readiness
* Additional stops or undisclosed locations
* Significant scope changes
* Additional packing requirements
* Restricted access conditions
* Waiting time outside normal operational expectations
Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing access limitations, stair conditions, elevator requirements, parking restrictions, and other logistical conditions prior to scheduling services.
SECTION 5 — CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
The client acknowledges and understands that:
* All estimates provided by Movin’ It LLC are non-binding estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual job conditions, scope changes, access limitations, labor requirements, delays, undisclosed items, or additional services required.
* Deposits are required to reserve scheduling and operational availability and are non-refundable once scheduling has been confirmed.
* Movin’ It LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, threatening, inaccessible, or otherwise inappropriate working conditions.
* Clients are responsible for accurately disclosing all relevant job details, inventory, access conditions, specialty items, and environmental conditions prior to services.
* Additional charges may apply for undisclosed conditions, delays, excessive stair carries, unreasonable walking distances, packing requirements, or material scope changes.
* Claims for damages must be reported within the required reporting period outlined in this agreement.
The client authorizes Movin’ It LLC to photograph, video record, document, or otherwise record:
* Existing damages
* Job site conditions
* Inventory conditions
* Unsafe conditions
* Access limitations
* Operational circumstances relevant to the move or potential disputes
The client additionally grants Movin’ It LLC permission to use non-sensitive photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, completed project images, or general moving-related media for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, portfolio use, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to services.
Electronic approvals, digital signatures, invoice approvals, text confirmations, emailed approvals, or electronically submitted agreements shall be considered valid and binding acceptance of this agreement.
